Excellent from start to finish. I was always kept informed about arrival and work times, anticipated costs, and potential problems, of which there were none. Kevin was well informed about water heater building codes and knew our needs. He was always on time and finished slightly ahead of schedule. He is up to date on computer use for scheduling and billing, and was very professional in his approach to customers. I will be using him for other water and HVAC issues.
